The Philosophy of BE

StarThe Supreme Being is an all-pervasive Light that cannot be described.
Emphasis is on love and firsthand communion with God
as the ultimate authority of one’s truth.
        Wisdom is born of self-knowledge.

StarThe human body is the true temple of God.
Forgiveness and detachment from subconscious tendencies heal.
A progressive process of self-study, discipline and purification move us toward
Conscious cultivation and realization of the Divine within

StarOur purpose is to bring a heaven consciousness to earth
        while in the physical body.
Purpose is realized through conscious acceptance, love
and honoring of our own spirit identity.
The Spirit Is, the soul changes.

StarTransformation occurs through surrender to the Supreme Absolute
at all levels from the spiritual to the physical.
Social concern is part of our mind thinking and acting.
Liberation manifests through one’s own inner spiritual awakening.

StarThe concept can be realized within the span of physical life.
Embrace the negative appearances in life and overcome them.
Move beyond dualism, words, logic, creeds into the Silence
        where pure consciousness reigns.

StarA new religion is not what is needed: Self-awareness, compassionate love
and embracing the Ultimate Reality and others is.
The ancient Teaching is what is important, not the teacher.
Do not renounce the world; dedicate yourself to uplift it.

StarIn balance, grace and love,

       Shirlee

                                                            THE GOLDEN RULE

JUDAISM: What is hateful to you; do not to others.

CHRISTIANITY: Treat other people exactly as you would like to be treated by them.

ISLAM: No one of you is a believer until you desire for others that which you desire for yourself.

BUDDHISM: Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.

TAOISM: Regard your neighbor's gain as you're own gain and your neighbor's loss as your own loss.

HINDUISM: This is the sum of duty: do naught unto others which would cause you pain if done unto you.

CONFUCIANISM: Surely it is the maxim of loving-kindness: Do not unto others that you would not have them do unto you.

ZORASTRIANISM: That nature alone is good which refrains from doing unto another whatever is not good for itself.

GNOSTICISM: If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you.  If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.

NATIVE AMERICAN: "The universe is the mirror of the people," the old teachers tell us. "and each person is a mirror to every other person."

NATIVE AMERICAN: Your mind, your relationship with yourself and others are reflected in everything around you...   Intentions and actions are causes which return to you as effects. Always there is the pure stream of light of mind within you, to be actualized in right relationship and actions for the good of all.
